Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the claim.
mbo99 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. We are not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers beyond our reasonable control.
mbo99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding voided bonuses or funds obtained through prohibited activities) will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding fees or chargebacks.
